You should be able to set up something along the lines of
system_aliases:
driver = aliasfile
search_type = nisplus
query = [alias=$local_part],mail-aliases.org_dir:expansion
but I'm not a NIS+ user so don't know very much about it. (This example
appears in the manual under the aliasfile director.)
