[EXIM] UUCP header

Ok, here's a question, if the sender of a message is <>.. How should a
UUCP header for that message look?

Currently my system is putting the following:

>From Thu Apr 30 11:28:04 EDT 1998

Is this correct? Or should I use either

>From <> Thu Apr 30 11:28:04 EDT 1998

or

>From "" Thu Apr 30 11:28:04 EDT 1998
