Each transport entry is made up of 2 parts, the generic settings and the
driver specific settings. The generic setting are all of the parts of the
transport entries up to the semi-colon (;), the driver specific ones
follow that. Frequently there are no generic parts other than the "driver
= ....;" which is a generic option which selects the driver to use, so
just add other generic options before the driver line.
