[EXIM] sender_reject Q

sender_reject seems to block my Win95 from sending mail out through the machine
that runs Exim.
My sender_reject looks like this:

sender_reject = partial-dbm;/etc/mail/block/reject


and the actual file contains just two domains.

Have I goofed? I commented out that line and then restarted Exim and I do not
have this problem, so I am fairly certain that it is the cause of the problem.
