Further to my own question about address_pipe failing.
It seems that for v 1.82, it would deliver without failing if exim had been
started by root, without the program itself being suid root.
Under 1.90, it requires the s bit set, even for incoming email when originally
started with root privileges. Any speculations on how this can be avoided?
(Sending local mail with exim from the local machine is not needed here.)
