Philip spoke to me about changing the layout I was using to fit his more
consistant scheme.... however there is a reasonable chance that some
links out of the documentation tree will now be broken. I'll try and fix
any gotchas like this and regenerate....

Texinfo can generate the numbered headings itself... however I didn't for
some reason which made sense to me at the time. I'll regenerate it when
I get a little more time with numbers and see if it makes sense.... (and
if the numbers match those used by Philip's package).
