Thanks, Mark. I will do that and try it out on the Linux systems I can
get at, which I think are libc5.
As I'm going to be away for 2 out of the next 3 weeks, this won't happen
in a hurry, but around the end of the month might be a good time to make
1.91 to consolidate the few small niggles that have turned up in 1.90,
and include anything else that gets reported before then.
