When I set up the Local/Makefile, I was asked for a GID and UID and gave
the GID of 16 and UID of 16.
Should I have set this up in LISA also? Is that why Exim starts but will
not send or receive mail?
Whenever I try to send mail it gets deferred and I believe it might be a
problem described in the docs but I do not understand how to fix it. If I
cannot figure this out, I will have to go back to the dreaded Sendmail.
I also get panic errors and wrong sequence errors, whetever those are.
