[EXIM] awful problem- cannot relay and need stickybit

Subject: [EXIM] awful problem- cannot relay and need stickybit
I am really lost now. Exim seems to start in place of Sendmail but I
cannot send mail because it all gets deferred. Is this because of the lock
file? How can I fix it with a stickybit? I do not know what to stickybit.
