Philip has followed his usual approach of releasing a new version of exim
while I am away for a few days....
However I have now updated the web site and on-line documentation set to
reflect the new version.
These are a preliminary cut. Please let me know if there are problems.
If there are none then I will release a tar ball of the converted
documentation shortly.
