the group might like to hear we've gone live with Exim on one of our
relays.
apart from getting the queue run time wrong, and thereby a mail backlog
started up, it went pretty smoothly. Oh, yeah, and not being told a whole
bunch of networks which should have been in the relay access list :-)
but I see this in the reject log:
1998-03-05 22:13:25 rejected HELO: syntactically invalid argument(s): JAR_POST
now, it'd be really nice if it said what the IP address of the caller was so
we could check who it was and tell them.
of course our customers are perfect and NEVER make this sort of mistake.
well sometimes :-)
and it'd be nice for them to know, or for us to know it's a spammer.
