You must have headers_sender_verify set in your configuration.

The message contains "Resent-" headers. By the rules of RFC822, these
are taken in preference to the equivalent headers without "Resent-".
Unfortunately, it doesn't say what to do if there are several sets of
"Resent-" headers, which there are here. There are only two which
contain potential sender addresses, namely:

> F Resent-from: "A.Taylor" <STRINES/BOP97AT>


Exim is taking on the second one, and of course that does indeed contain
an invalid address.
