Hmmm. 10 hours difference....
My guess is this...
Majordomo took the message from exim, *but* for whatever reason returned
an error code that exim wasn't sure about. Exim froze the message for
someone to deal with. After a while someone either prodded the mail, *or*
the auto_thaw stuff was set so it tried again after a period.
You need to get the logs for station1.firehouse.net and track that message
(under its various guises) through.
Its a tad hard to say much else without knowing more details.
