I have recently installed Majordomo (1.94.4) and all seems well
except when it tries to read an ":include:" in the majordomo.aliases
file that I have set up.
The relevant part of the configure is:
trusted_users = exim:majordom
majordomoforwarder:
driver = aliasfile
domains = lists.glam.ac.uk
file = /usr/local/majordomo/majordomo.aliases,
search_type = lsearch
forbid_pipe = false
user = majordom
video-list: :include:/usr/local/majordomo/lists/video
The error I get back is:
The following address(es) have yet to be delivered:
video-list@???: <video-list@???> - error in
alias file /usr/local/majordomo/majordomo.aliases:
failed to open included file /usr/local/majordomo/lists/video:
Permission denied
It's obviously a permissions error but can anybody see an obvious thing
I am missing.
Is it that user EXIM has no access to the Majordomo files?
thanks
Martyn
