The correct value for HELO is, and can be only, the canonical hostname
for the mail host originating the connection (RFC 1123 Sect. 5.2.5).
I.e. the name given *MUST* resolve to an A RR that matches the source
address of the TCP circuit.
This value bears absolutely no relationship with any MX records, or even
necessarily the domain name of the mailer.
