There is a discussion on this point raging (as much as anything ever
rages on this list :-) on this list at the moment. It certainly seems
the case that the possibilities are now so complicated that there ought
to be a simple way of checking them out. I'm afraid there currently
isn't.
That error message means that Exim refused to relay a message because
the host from which it was coming was not mentioned in
sender_host_accept_relay
(and there is something set in that variable).
