No. Recipient routing is done by domain, not by network. To accept
relaying for certain domains, set relay_domains.
(To do it by network would be complicated because (a) routing would have
to be done on the domain to determine where the message should go, and
(b) a domain may have several MX records pointing to different
networks.)
