sender_reject = "^[0-9]+@"

which will save a small amount of processing, since having .* at the end
of a regex doesn't buy you anything. Also

sender_reject = "^\\d+@"

will probably be faster still. (You need to double the \ because of the
quotes. Omit the quotes, and you needn't double the \.)
