I have verified that your host accepts arbitrary relaying. There may be something
wrong with your other configuration parameters. Let us know the results of

  exim -bP local_domains relay_domains \
           sender_host_accept_relay sender_net_accept_relay \
           sender_host_reject_relay sender_net_reject_relay \
           sender_address_relay relay_match_host_or_sender

Correct, but they didn't.

The Return-Path header is used for the envelope sender, of course;
not the envelope recipient.
