[EXIM] SEGV using Solaris 2.6 x86 ndbm

Just to confirm that installing Berkeley DB 2.x solved the problem of SEGVs
when reading past the end of an ndbm database.

I had a good look through sunsolve but couldn't find any reference to any
known ndbm bugs that could cause it.
