The on-line documentation has been updated to 1.80.
There is some other work going on on the side which may make things
"strange" for a while... as features are tested out.
Please note that linking to sections of the documentation is dangerous -
all the cross references have probably been changed by these changes which
causes problems if you explicitly link to specific files.
