[EXIM] Exim 1.80

I have just placed Exim 1.80, complete with revised documentation, in
the master ftp directory. A few tidies and fixes have been made to the
code since the 1.750 testing release. The doc/NewStuff file contains a
list of the most important additions since the 1.70 release. The file
called README-UPDATE-FROM-1.73 contains discussion that should be read
by anyone updating from the 1.7x releases.
