taurus$ host 194.239.250.10
194.239.250.10 does not exist (Authoritative answer)

Explains both the above messages. By default, if Exim cannot resolve an
IP address when matching a wildcarded entry in sender_{accept,reject}_host
it takes the hard line and rejects the message. The next release has a
new option which allows it to accept messages in this circumstance,
should you wish to live that dangerously.
