The first two are not there (yet ?) but the last two are included as
"rbl_except_nets" -- is there a real need for separate "networks" and "hosts"
in these days of CIDR ? Isn't it acceptable just to suffix hosts with "/32" ?
Would code to accept "/A", "/B", "/C", "/H" and "/host" make things clearer ?
