[EXIM] To wishlist: rfc1891 DSN support

I think it would be nice if exim supported rfc1891 Delivery Status Notifications. Of
course currently most UAs don't support them but I think that's going to change. As a
temporary measure processing Return-Receipt-To: (yes, I know it is obsoleted) may be
useful. I think it can be emulated using filters?
