Heh. It's funny -- after I wrote that paragraph, I started a
diatribe, even described exim as bloatware :-), (and then deleted
the whole thing) about how about 8 different director options
could be replaced by a single one `conditioned_on' with a string
value interpreted as a boolean. I really think you should head
that direction and deprecate the other options.

Ah hah! It's a smartuser director at the moment. I had recalled
*something* had been changed that would have done what I wanted
but I kept looking at smartuser-related options and so didn't see
it....
