The envelope from address *is* the sender address. I'm not quite sure
where you are intending that the sender address be got from. Exim will
already pick it out of a "From " heading line at the start of a message
(not to be confused "From:") provided it (Exim) is called by a
trusted user. Are you asking for it to be taken from a Sender: header?
Or some other header? Or what?
