Hello,
I did not find any answer to this phenomen in the web archive:
We use some lists (like our service-list) being setup like this:
lists:
driver = forwardfile;
file = /usr/local/lib/exim/lists/${local_part},
check_local_user = false,
user = root,
errors_to = postmaster
If list xy contains the names "john,marry,geo@???,fredi@???"
and exim has difficulities in delivering to "geo@???" (e.g.
because the machine is down, fredi@???" seems not to receive
any mail before it isn't delivered (or bounced) for "geo@???".
Of cause this is bad, as we have one NT server in our network
not running Exim as MTA :-)
Any hints?
We are running Exim 1.63 (the good old POP-for-testing-version,
Philip :-) )
Bye,
Georg
