There is nothing facist about not accepting invalid email addresses
across domains

If what you want is an exim setup which handles virtual domains
then you should be using ip aliassing on your mailhost and have two
port 25. One ip address and port 25 per a supported domain. If you do
this you can run seperate exim configurations for each domain but
may be there is or could be better support for virtual domains in
exim.

This is a very unmanaged approach and could cause other unwanted
problems if the "sender_unqualified_default_domain" is a valid one
and if it is not a valid one it shouldn't be used anyway !
