The RFC is getting old and was writen in the days when the moto was to
be forgiving on what you accept but strict on what you send. The
times when the internet was a community of co-operating sites has long
since gone. Security has now become such a major issue that it now a
time where MTA's need to be strict about what they accept.

If the HELO is not in a valid form it should be rejected.
