Adding Drivers

Hi Phil,

Just tried to add a driver, followed the instructions in spec.txt to the
letter, and found one glaring omission which if I'm right you need to add
to aforementioned doc.

In addition to making the additions to the files you mention, you also need
to add an entry to drtables.c

Now, can you say IETF and bored in the same sentence? :)
