Look at Section 40 of the spec.txt, there is an example you can paste
right into your configure file.
I use something very similar, thusly.
virtual:
domains = dbm;/etc/exim/domains,
driver = aliasfile,
no_more;
modemask = 002
file = /etc/exim/$domain/aliases,
search_type = lsearch,
user = mail
Each alias file lives in a directory named after the domain it applies
to.
