Well, you could have found it in the source in daemon.c line 226+-, and
deduced from the surrounding code that this is the log/mainlog message
associated with exceeding smtp_accept_max, and checked the documentation
for that. If it isn't specified in the configuration file it defaults
to 20.

Do people think there should be an "all possible messages from Exim" section
of the documentation? Personally, I am suspicious of such things. [Maybe all
messages should have a number: "EXIM03142I Connection from [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
refused: too many connections", in good old IBM style. :-)]
