You can permit relaying from certain senders, wherever they happen to
be, by setting sender_address_relay to *@harborside.com.

If you set sender_{host,net}_accept_relay, then incoming relay traffic
is required to come from one of those hosts as well. In other words, by
default the two conditions are connected by AND.

If you want to accept if EITHER the host OR the sender is acceptable,
then set the option relay_match_host_or_sender, which was introduced in
Exim 1.62 and consequently isn't in the full documentation yet - see
doc/NewStuff.
