  xoanon$ grep procmail doc/spec.txt
  delivery to a separate local delivery agent such as procmail. When doing
  procmail:
    procmail_pipe:
      command = "/opt/local/bin/procmail -d ${local_part}",
    procmail:
      transport = procmail_pipe;
  In this example, the pipe is run as the user exim, assuming that procmail
  .procmailrc file and then to route delivery via procmail if one is found.


Or look in the index in the PostScript manual, which points you at page
79 (the back end of chapter 17).
