When mail machines at Imperial (generally running sendmail) are upgraded,
sometimes by mistake the support staff will bring up the machine on the
net with sendmail running but with the users misconfigured (eg empty
password file or no home directories).
This can result in the exim relays here delivering days of queue mail
to a machine that rejects them all with "no such user" or simliar.
Is there a way to tell exim to suspend all mail to certain machines.
Hopefully without editing the config file (eg from another file) and without
freezing the messages (don't what to confuse real errors with suspended
servers or risk a run on a frozen message).
