Hmm. I thought I fixed it to ignore what is essentially an empty
address, specifically to handle this case.

Clearly I have screwed up. I will investigate what's gone wrong. There
are several things that have been reported recently. Looks like I'll be
issuing some patches soon...

At the moment, From_ overrides -f rather than the other way round. I
think this is probably accidental, since -f is processed before From_.
If sendmail does it the other way round, then I guess Exim should follow
suit. That could be defined to be a bug too.
