Single quote is not a special character in RFC 822, presumably to make
it easy to construct addresses such as O'Malley@???.
Consequently, Exim decomposes 'D.Ganti@???' into
Local part: 'D.Ganti
Domain: comsat.com'
As there isn't a registered domain called comsat.com' delivery to this
address will fail with the error "unknown mail domain".
