Not very likely. Rewriting via the DNS causes the domain to become fully
qualified. The rewritten headers are remembered in the spool file. It
doesn't seem likely that another DNS lookup would further change it,
especially as the most common case is turning a single component into a
multi-component name. Changing the Exim configuration file does not
cause re-re-writing. Exim's rewriting rules are applied when the message
arrives. However, you are entirely right; it *may* happen.
