How many basic states are there for each address of a message... I guess
its something like these:-

    + unprocessed/unrouted
    + delivered
    + temporary failure
    + permanent failure


Then there is frozen, which applies to the whole message.

[do parent addresses - ie big-list, which generated a load of entries but
have no single delivery target, appear in this list, in which case they
probably are a different state - well in-progress or delivered]

Could these states be easily shown...?
