Testing version of Exim

I've spotted a small buglet in the version of Exim I asked volunteers to
test last Monday. Consequently, there is now a new testing version
called

ftp://ftp.cus.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programs/exim/exim-for-testing-1.594.tar.gz

For those of you who eagerly grabbed the previous version, the small
patch is in

ftp://ftp.cus.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programs/exim/exim-patch-1.593-1.594.gz

The buglet was concerned with defunct processes, and showed up only when
running with "security = seteuid".
