I think we may be talking at cross purposes ....

I thought that you were saying that you could not use a Resent-To: header
as it would reveal the actual recipients.

I was suggesting that you used a group list in the Resent-To: header, so that
all people saw was the name.

[ NB: I am using the technical terms "group list" and "name" as per RFC 822 ]
