Ahhh, well then :-) here's the request :-)
We have a problem with some lazy users who don't log in very often,
or who have their POPclients set to leave mail in their
mailbox....some have mail dating back to 1995 !! and their mailboxes
just grow....
We're probably going to adopt a policy of scanning mailboxes once a
month (or once a week depending on the cost) and nuking any read
mail older than some time (probably 90 days) -- if they have UNread
mail after 90 days their account has probably expired, but those
should be so few that we can afford to contact them telephonically
to determine what the problem is....
However, hard Qutoas imposed by exim would be great!
How would you reject mail? Would it be frozen (hopefully not) or
returned ? (with a message explaining?)
YAFR :-)
