exim & OpenBSD

Hullo all,

Just for reference & documentation, exim-0.57 compiles very well (and
seems to work, at least on my dialup) under OpenBSD 2.0. To create
the Makefile & os.h, just copy the NetBSD ones across, renaming them
to OpenBSD as you go. This works, since OpenBSD is basically just
built on top of NetBSD.
