program and database to store domain/IP-block history, answer queries via CGI

track gradnet 'subscription' (one of the remove lists)

move big.bbbiiizzz.com to former rogue - add note about greatbasin's spam
policies to the rogue page (not until they're done spamming)

excerpt the dishonest lying cheating thieving scum parts from Slaton's credo;
excerpt and counterpoint slaton's crap (clewis?)

old/j/jani@??? - get story about spam from spam removal, edit and
post to the site (submission from jan isley, needs some editing before i can
use it)
