"delay warning" - feature?

Hi,

I have a site here that's only connected once a day. I have set the retry
configuration for that site accordingly. However, the "delay_warning",
being a global setting, makes it difficult to control poorly/rarely
connected sites.

Am I correct in saying that there's no way to control the delay warning
per site(s)/net?
