Not too likely, since qmail has had easy-to-use relay control since
January. (Put the acceptable domain names into control/rcpthosts.)
Of course, this merely shifts the spammers to other hosts; it doesn't
solve the problem. Quoting qmail/THOUGHTS, paragraph 2: ``There are lots
of interesting remote denial-of-service attacks on any mail system. A
long-term solution is to insist on prepayment for unauthorized resource
use. The tricky technical problem is to make the prepayment enforcement
mechanism cheaper than the expected cost of the attacks.''

Sue them. Internet attacks would drop off rapidly if people put some
effort into tracking down, drawing, and quartering the attackers.
(Anonymous mail is a fine idea as long as it's accompanied by some
anonymous cash.)
