Yes. Exim can do it. But I do not know the mentioned control panel.
Probably you've to edit the exim.conf directly. Otherwise you're lost if
the control panel doesn't offer you the proper "button".

If you can edit the exim.conf, just watch out for the MIME and DATA
ACLs, scanning could be controlled there. May be you can send your
complete exim.conf to this list, it's better for giving some advice.
(Because there can be other mechanisms employed for scanning.)
