That is Microsoft 365, Exchange Online. The organisation administrator for the domain has turned off the ability to forward externally, but the recipient with email address info@??? <
mailto:info@thetrustedtrades.ca> has attempted to forward to an unknown external address. They need to address that with their M365/EOL admin.
