Well, yes: on port 465 you do not use '-starttls=smtp' because port 465
is 'implicit TLS' or 'wrapper-mode TLS' and starts the handshake at
connect, like HTTPS on port 443. You CAN use '-starttls=smtp' on port 25
or 587.
